Domestic Shipping:

• We offer FREE shipping on all US domestic shipments.
• Orders ship within 5-7 business days and include tracking when possible.

Returns:

• Because we create each piece of our custom fine art specially for you, we do not offer returns. Every image is made-to-order, making it unique and personal. We want you to love your artwork so if it arrives damaged or there is a problem with it, we will gladly exchange it or send you a replacement to make things right.
• For exchanges, the original artwork must be returned in it's original mint condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Once original artwork is received, the replacement artwork will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days and new tracking information will be provided when possible

Damage:

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us here and we will get you a replacement asap.

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide from the US and Canada (some countries excluded)
• For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for ALL customs/duties fees that may apply. Customs fees and duties vary from place to place. Please contact your local postal service for customs fee/duties information for your area.
• Orders delivered outside of the USA typically arrive within 14-21 business days, however, due to customs processing, which is fully beyond our control, it may take up to 30 days for your order to arrive.

Packaging:

• We take great care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Sizes of 8x10 and 11x14 prints will arrive in a sturdy, flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints will arrive rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.
• Our canvases and metal prints will arrive in flat boxes with extra pacakaging to ensure safe delivery of your print.
